Included every visit. No quotes. One flat rate.
Dishwasher — Remove calcium buildup, scrub and clean filter, run a full sanitizing cycle so dishes come out spotless.
Washing Machine — Clear filter, flush clogs, sanitize gasket and detergent tray, and run a hot-cycle deep clean to remove mold and residue.
Dryer — Clean lint trap and, if needed, extract lint from vent for faster drying and reduced fire risk.
AC — Replace filter (included), ensure the right MERV rating, and check air quality for healthier air.
Mattress —Sanitize and HEPA-vacuum to remove dust mites, skin cells, and buildup. Service includes one (1) mattress per cleaning; each additional mattress is $30.
Air Purifiers — Deep clean all layers to restore performance (filter replacement not included).
